All plant material meets or exceeds current AmericanHort (formerly ANLA) Nursery Stock Standards at the time of shipment.

Minimum order: $500

Submit your plant list through our website or contact us directly to confirm:

• Plant availability
• Size and pricing
• Delivery location
• Access conditions

We will confirm inventory and provide final totals before scheduling.

Once availability is confirmed:

• Orders are scheduled for delivery
• A delivery window is assigned
• Payment arrangements are finalized

Orders below the $500 minimum will not be processed.

Payment must be made either:

• In cash at the time of delivery
OR
• Via secure online payment prior to or at delivery

Accepted online methods: credit card, debit card, ACH transfer
All online payments are subject to a 3% processing fee
We do not accept checks

Cash payment must be provided in full prior to unloading.

We provide delivery directly to your home or job site.

We specialize in direct-to-home and job site delivery for maximum convenience.

• Smaller orders are delivered using our trucks
• Larger orders may be delivered via semi
• Freight for large shipments may be arranged at cost

Delivery access must be suitable for trucks and unloading.

Beautiful Bushes is not responsible for damage to:

• Driveways
• Lawns
• Irrigation systems
• Underground utilities
• Other site conditions

All plants are considered accepted in satisfactory condition upon delivery.

We warrant that plants are:

• True to name
• Healthy and vigorous at the time they leave our nursery

Due to variables beyond our control — including planting practices, soil conditions, watering, weather conditions, drainage, and ongoing site maintenance — we do not guarantee plants after delivery acceptance.

Proper planting, watering, and continued care are the responsibility of the purchaser.
